SUMMARY The Security Guards are responsible for physical and electronic security
of the distribution center, the dock and the front entrance of the general
office. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma required with additional
facility security or law enforcement experience preferred. Ability to obtain a
license to carry a firearm. Additional training in industrial security, security
awareness, or self-defense helpful. Basic familiarity with computers preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills required along with the ability
to be detail-oriented. Knowledge of general security principals required along
with the ability to make instant decisions and the ability to gain control of a
hostile situation.
