Regional Managers are assigned and must live in or relocate to any of our 22 geographical regions throughout the United States.
This position is responsible for providing effective leadership and management to a region of retail stores. Principle accountabilities include: staffing, performance management and development, planning and organizing, program implementation, procedural compliance and team building.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or retail management and 3 to 5 years of increasingly responsible retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Preference is given to candidates with prior multi-store management experience, prior jewelry industry experience, and/or graduates of Helzberg Diamonds’ Management Development Program (MDP).
Superior leadership, relationship building, interpersonal understanding and problem solving skills must be demonstrated by the candidate.
This position requires significant travel (including overnights), and immediate relocation to the market is expected.
Relocation assistance will be determined based on individual circumstances of the selected candidate.
