Business Director for Extended Care Plans & Service Business Unit

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Extended Care Plans:
  • Develop and manage the full P&L for extended care plans.
  • Create comprehensive growth plans and objectives to drive revenue and market share.
  • Serve as the primary liaison across all disciplines including finance, customer data strategy, marketing, stores, and ecommerce.
  • Build strong business cases for additional investment and expansion opportunities.
  • Understand and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Take accountability for scaling the Zillion insurance product and maximizing its market potential.

2. Services Business Unit:
  • Develop and maintain a live strategic road map for the Services Business Unit Initiatives
  • Act as the key business analytics lead for the entire services business unit. Responsible for financial and operational reporting (standard and ad hoc)
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop the P&L, key KPIs, and financial forecasts.
  • Design and implement robust dashboards and analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Ensure that growth and business plans are supported by clear assumptions and data-driven strategies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent does not have any direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Ten plus years of relevant work experience (FP&A, Operations, Corporate Strategy) required.
  • Proven track record of success in managing full P&L responsibilities and driving business growth.
  • Extensive experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services business models.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and dashboard development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on driving results and fostering innovation.
  • Significant experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau strongly preferred.
  • Hybrid schedule with predictable onsite attendance required three or more days per week to perform essential functions involving interactive behaviors with co-workers and managers, operation or manipulation of equipment and/or materials located only on site, and direct interaction with internal and/or external customers.
