Summer 2027 Internship
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Intern is responsible for completing a series of hands-on projects designed to build real-world experience, develop professional skills, and explore career interests within the department and business area to which they are assigned. The Intern partners closely with an assigned manager or mentor to gain exposure to real projects that matter to the business.

Internship Experience
- Real-World Projects: Complete assigned projects and initiatives that provide hands-on experience within the department and business area to which the intern is placed.
- Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives as an active member of a dynamic, collaborative team.
- Mentorship: Participate in scheduled check-ins and mentorship from an experienced professional invested in the intern's growth and success.
- Networking & Culture: Build relationships with other interns and associates across the organization, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant work environment.
- Learning & Growth: Take on new challenges and responsibilities with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Feedback: Seek and apply feedback from managers and mentors to improve performance throughout the internship.

- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work effectively with associates and leaders across the business to support department and company goals.
- Policies & Procedures: Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college, or a recent college graduate, with an interest in retail, sales, the jewelry industry, or corporate fields such as HR, Finance, and IT, among others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn.
- A drive to make an impact and take on new challenges.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required to perform essential functions involving interactive behaviors with co-workers and managers, and direct interaction with internal and/or external customers.
- Hybrid schedule, including on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday, or as otherwise assigned by the department.
