Helzberg Diamonds, a Berkshire Hathaway company, has created an E-Commerce Content Manager position.  The E-Commerce Content Manger is responsible for web content strategy and governance, web content creation coordination, and web content maintenance.  The E-Commerce Content Manger collaborates across marketing areas and departments to ensure an omni-channel brand experience.  The E-Commerce Content Manager must have proven management and communication skills in order to accomplish the goal of making Helzberg.com the go to site for the jewelry shopper.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage online promotional calendar, new product set-up, image optimization, pricing updates, and day-to-day content maintenance and updates.
  • Develop and manage content strategy and governance process for Helzberg’s E-Commerce site.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams for site asset creation; manage content creation process and documentation for E-Commerce team.
  • Manage and support tactical execution of site content updates.Communicate and work with internal stakeholders to improve website functionality, troubleshoot problems and enhanced customer experience.
  • Develop, review and continuously improve how we test and measure web content driving improved conversion rates.
  • Navigate priorities and drive a coherent plan with demonstrable results in a timely manner.  
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2C marketing within an organization in comparable size and complexity as Helzberg Diamonds.
  • A minimum of 3 years managing digital content, SKU management, project management.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team of creative professionals and coordinating multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage and execute large projects; meet tight deadlines on short notice, and multi-task.
  • Possess strong writing and editing skills and understand appropriate grammar, spelling and punctuation rules.
  • Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required to perform the essential functions involving interacting with co-workers and managers, as well as the operation of equipment and/or materials located on site.
