At Helzberg Diamonds the Digital Media Manager is responsible for managing the execution of digital media campaigns in partnership with the digital media agency to drive omni-channel sales performance. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal partners and external agencies to execute the channel plans for paid search, paid social, affiliate, programmatic, and video tactics. This position requires strong digital marketing and analytic skills and is responsible for managing the workflow of channel execution as well as providing recommendations and insights based on media analytics. A successful candidate will be strongly data-driven with deep digital media experience, including hands-on experience in platform UIs. This position will report to the Director of Digital Media.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead planning and execution workstreams for digital media channels, in partnership with the Director of Digital Media and agency partners.
• Analyze program success, proactively identifying and making recommendations to optimize channel tactics and media strategy.
• Responsible for executing 8-figure budgets in partnership with media agencies to drive omni-channel business performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage the flow of creative assets and promotional planning.
• Partner with internal analytics team to provide reporting and insights on media performance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency to manage end-to-end campaign execution.
• Help build test-and-learn tactical plans and roadmaps to answer key questions around media efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide digital media expertise to help drive digital media innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 5 or more years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Paid Search, especially Performance Max, Paid Social, Affiliate, and CTV/OLV/YouTube programs.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta, and other ad UI as well as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Must be able to interpret data, identify key areas of opportunity, and provide tactical channel recommendations.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple channels and projects at once.
