As an HR Generalist specializing in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR Field Operations functions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting company initiatives. This position will guide the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR programs and processes to drive objectives within the functional areas assigned.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Perform sourcing, interviewing and selection tasks for corporate office positions ranging from non-exempt to director level.
2. Research and propose new sourcing opportunities to support talent acquisition and DE&I efforts.
3. Manage relationships with external talent acquisition partners.
4. Participate in store manager new hire orientation meetings.
5. Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of the talent acquisition social media program.
6. Provide support for company internship program.
7. Track and manage expenses for corporate office recruiting budget.
8. Contribute to the creation and execution of both store manager and corporate leadership development and corporate organizational development initiatives.
9. Provide support to HR Field Managers with talent acquisition associate relations activities.
10. Ensure effective, accurate and compliant delivery of programs and processes within the areas of responsibility. 11. Assist with other projects in the HR Department as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree required.
• Three to six years of professional human resource experience required with direct experience in talent acquisition.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• HRIS system skills required (Workday preferred), along with Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws required and general knowledge of retail store operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven experience in group presentations and group facilitation.
• Excellent organizational skills required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hybrid schedule with predictable onsite attendance required three or more days per week to perform essential functions involving interactive behaviors with co-workers and managers, operation or manipulation of equipment and/or materials located only on site, and direct interaction with internal and/or external customers.
